General conditions individuals / travel agencies

  1. The total amount needs to be paid to the driver upon departure (outward & return journey), unless the trip will be invoiced.
  2. We always provide private transportation.
  3. In case the driver doesn’t show up at last 15 minutes after the agreed time you need to contact Luchthaventrans ASAP.
  4. When you change flights for whatever reason upon your return, it is your responsibilty to inform Luchthaventrans, by telephone, on our number +32 14 58 22 23. If not, the transfer will be charged.
  5. If you miss your flight due to circumstances, roadworks, accident etc. Luchthaventrans can’t be held responsible and you need to pay the transfer.
  6. Per person we allow 1 piece of luggage en 1 piece of hand luggage. Extra luggage needs to be mentioned in advance. For the transportation of wheelchairs, ski’s, golfing bags, bikes and buggies we don’t charge anything extra, unless it doesn’t fit in your vehicle.
  7. Baby- and car seats are free. They need to be mentioned in advance.
  8. For an additional address there is a surcharge unless the addresses are located in a distance of less than a kilometer of each other.

  1. We always provide private transportation.

  3. Waiting time is included in the price, 30 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at companies/home addresses/train stations.
  4. If you miss your flight due to circumstances, roadworks, accident etc. Luchthaventrans can’t be held responsible and the transfer will be invoiced.
